ADVAN ADVERTISING INC. (ADVAPP) surpasses $25 billion valuation in Series C funding.

ADVAN ADVERTISING INC. (“ADV”) today announced that its Series C financing is progressing steadily according to plan. Driven by the continued expansion of its global smart retail network, ongoing improvements to its operational system, and significant progress in the development of the Central American market, the company’s overall corporate valuation has surpassed USD 25 billion, marking a new milestone in ADV‘s global strategic expansion.

Over the years, ADV has remained committed to developing the smart retail industry by focusing on digital operations and the deployment of intelligent vending machine networks. The company continues to expand its global presence while strengthening its supply chain, warehousing and logistics capabilities, localized operational systems, and brand promotion efforts. These initiatives have continuously enhanced operational efficiency and global competitiveness, providing partners worldwide with a more comprehensive, efficient, and secure smart retail platform.

To date, ADV’s global network has grown to more than 800,000 partner agents, with over 2.5 million smart vending machines deployed worldwide. As the company’s global operating network continues to expand, market share has steadily increased, while regional development and intelligent vending machine deployment continue to accelerate, further strengthening ADV’s global smart retail ecosystem.

The company’s Series C financing has now entered a critical stage. According to ADV’s strategic roadmap, the company will continue expanding its global smart vending machine network prior to the completion of the financing round. At the same time, ADV will further strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities, digital operation platform, global supply chain management, warehousing and logistics systems, and localized management teams to enhance its global competitiveness and provide a stronger foundation for the successful completion of the Series C financing and the company’s long-term sustainable growth.

Central America Officially Enters the Operational Implementation Phase

As an important component of ADV’s global strategy, the Central American market has achieved significant milestones after more than a year of continuous preparation.

From market research, supply chain development, warehouse planning, localized team building, and brand promotion to the establishment of a comprehensive operational system, ADV has successfully completed the majority of its preparatory work, laying a solid foundation for the large-scale deployment of smart vending machines throughout Central America.

According to the company’s strategic plan, the Central America Operations Center headquarters has completed the leasing of its office building, and ADV’s Central America management team has officially moved into the new Operations Center in Managua, Nicaragua. The headquarters team will be fully responsible for regional operations management, smart vending machine deployment, supply chain coordination, warehousing and logistics, brand promotion, team development, and the establishment of localized operational systems.

The official arrival of the headquarters management team marks the transition of ADV’s Central American operations from the preparation stage to the full implementation stage, representing another important milestone in the development of smart retail across the region.

First Smart Vending Machine Training Display Cabinet Arrives in Managua

At the same time, Central America’s market development has reached another significant milestone.

ADV’s first smart vending machine training display cabinet has successfully arrived in Managua, Nicaragua, and is currently undergoing customs clearance procedures.

This represents the first smart vending machine training equipment delivered to the Central American market and marks the official launch of ADV’s regional training infrastructure.

Meanwhile, additional training display cabinets have completed production and are now being shipped from the manufacturing facilities. They will be delivered progressively to service centers across Central America according to each country’s development schedule.

According to the company’s logistics plan, the first batch of smart vending machines and training display cabinets is expected to arrive at all Central American service centers between late August and early September, at which time official smart vending machine operational training programs will begin.

The training program will cover equipment installation and commissioning, operational management, replenishment procedures, equipment maintenance, customer service, standardized operating procedures, and team management. The objective is to establish highly professional operating teams capable of supporting the full-scale deployment of smart vending machines throughout Central America.

Following the completion of training, regional service centers will gradually assume responsibility for vending machine operations, technical support, after-sales service, and agent training, providing comprehensive operational support for the rapid development of the Central American market.

Continuously Strengthening the Global Operating System

As its global business continues to expand, ADV remains committed to optimizing its worldwide operational system by improving vending machine operating efficiency, digital management capabilities, and localized service standards.

Looking ahead, the company will continue strengthening its global supply chain, expanding its intelligent vending machine network, accelerating the development of artificial intelligence, big data applications, and digital operating platforms, while providing partners around the world with more stable, efficient, and secure operational support. These efforts will further enhance ADV’s overall competitiveness in the global smart retail industry.

ADV stated that Central America represents one of the company’s most important strategic markets. With the headquarters management team now officially in place, the successful arrival of the first training display cabinet, the launch of the regional training system, and the upcoming delivery of the first batch of smart vending machines, Central America is officially entering the stage of large-scale commercial operations.

Going forward, ADV will continue accelerating smart vending machine deployment, improving localized operational systems, strengthening regional service capabilities, expanding its global smart retail network, and working together with partners worldwide to drive continuous innovation across the intelligent retail industry.

As the Series C financing progresses steadily and the Central American market officially enters its operational implementation phase, ADV will further enhance its global brand influence and market competitiveness, accelerate worldwide expansion, and work hand in hand with partners across the globe to usher in a new era of intelligent retail while contributing to the development of a smarter, more efficient, and more convenient global retail ecosystem.
